Mountaineering, Climbing and Hillwalking interest group
This group exists as an informal point of contact for members of the Club who are actively engaged in mountaineering, climbing or hillwalking in Scotland or elsewhere or who are interested in keeping in touch with those who are. 

We encourage members of the group to share experiences of their mountaineering or hill-going activities via the group’s dedicated WhatsApp group and, in appropriate cases, to seek advice or assistance. The group also organises occasional gatherings at the Club. 

The group is not actively engaged in organising trips although members may use the group as a means of finding companions with similar interests either generally or for a specific outing.
