Dining Room

Situated on the first floor the Members' Dining Room is one of the main features of the clubhouse and offers an exceptional dining experience with modern cuisine and delicious wines available at surprisingly modest prices. Originally a ballroom in the days when 9 Halkin Street was a private residence, the room is elegant and oozes historic charm.

Great Food

Our Head Chef, Richard Wood and his team are passionate about delivering food of the highest quality, using premium ingredients and sourcing the best seasonal and sustainable produce from around the UK. Where possible, seasonal produce is favoured in order to provide the best possible dining experience and for those with specific dietary requirements, there will always be something suitably tasty for everyone to enjoy.

Fine Wines

In conjunction with our expert wine suppliers we are dedicated to ensuring the quality and tastiness of the wines served - with only the finest of wines making it through the exacting approval process. The Club’s well stocked wine cellar is packed with a stellar line-up of premium wines and Champagne, sourced from an acclaimed roster of world-leading producers.

Daily Options

(Dinner on Monday)

The Club's Monday Curry Menu is available at dinner on Mondays in the Dining Room. There is always a choice of three excellent curries all served with Basmati rice and preceded by a tasty Samosa or Bhaji starter.

No corkage fees in the Dining Room on Tuesdays, so bring a bottle or two of your favourite tipple to enjoy along with lunch or dinner.

Daily Options

One of the highlights of the Members' Dining Room is the Carving Trolley which will continue to operate at lunchtimes from Monday to Friday and in the evenings from Wednesday to Friday

The Club Wellington has become something of a tradition at the Caledonian and is served every Wednesday and Thursday as an option for both Lunch and Dinner.

Remember that no ties are required when dining at the Club on Fridays. Plus it's smart casual from 6pm and all weekend.

Other popular Dining Room events include Burns Week, Wellington Week, Valentine's Night, Special family lunches at Easter and Christmas, and other one off Sunday lunches and special menus.
